It's strawberry season and here at Sweet Betsy Farm, we love to whip up this simple but tasty spread made with Spring Wildflower Honey. It keeps well in the fridge for several days.

Sweet Betsy Farm Honey Strawberry Butter

1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (if you only have salted butter, skip salt below)

1/4 cup Sweet Betsy Farm Spring Wildflower Honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

Mash Strawberries and honey together, add salt and let sit for 30 minutes. Mix strawberries into softened butter until well blended and chill. Serve with warm biscuits, pancakes or as a spread on a grilled chicken sandwich.
